How to Register: Fill out the registration form, attach your $25 registration fee payable to “Joan Dancy & P.A.L.S support group” and send it to:

Fundraising Expectations: In order to participate in the event you must raise at least $100 (your $25 registration fee + a minimum of $75)

PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED TO:
1. The individual who raises the largest amount of money.
2. The largest Team or Group.
3. Most Creative Individual

Plunging as a Team vs. Individual: If you would like to take the Plunge with your friends, simply come up with a team name and put it on your registration form. If you are a solo plunger, indicate that you will be plunging as an individual on your registration form. All individuals still need to raise the minimum $100 to participate.
What to Wear: We suggest outer clothing that is warm and can be changed into and out of easily. You may wear a bathing suit, wet suit or dry suit, and certainly no skinny-dipping! We strongly recommend you wear shoes into the water. You should leave your wallet, valuables and jewelry with your guests or don’t bring them at all. Large tents with heaters will be available at the Plunge location where you can dress down and back up again.
